Dreams are the language of communication between the conscious and the subconscious, which is why, when necessary, I include looking into the meaning of dreams during counseling sessions.
Simply put, interpreting dreams is about processing issues from the 'unconscious', bringing awareness to a 'conscious' level. This process is unique to each individual, thus the interpretation varies with each individual depending on their own mental and emotional construct.
Dream interpretation can also be given independently.
